Robert Black is a Civil/Geotechnical Engineer with 25 years of professional engineering experience, 12 of which were in the private sector.  He currently works for the Department of Water Resources in the Division of Engineering, Geotechnical Services Branch.  He has been a Trustee of the Sherman Island Reclamation District 341 since 2013.
